Gussy Gals Designs is dedicated to making the most original and unique designs to suit your little princess. Based in Texas, we keep up with current trends and styles in the pageant and boutique world, and pass this on to you, our customer. With over 50 years experience in dressmaking and design, quality is what we stand for and guarantee that all our outfits will be exactly what you expect.  Fabrics, appliqués, rhinestones and beads are all of the highest quality. All customs are created to your specifications, and designed to bring out the beauty of your child in a way that says she is unique.

We are sincere in our desire to please you, and know that you will be delighted with our creations. If you have a special request, we will do our very best to fulfill it. Due to sales, the page will change often, so come back and check out what new sets have been added. We never duplicate a design, but can make something similar if you wish.

Our turn around time for most customs is two weeks, beauty dresses and sportswear may be longer, depending upon the glitz level and intricacy of design. Please allow extra time for this. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We will do our utmost to meet your deadline, but if at all possible, allow extra time for fitting and any adjustments that may be required. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We want you to be completely satisfied with your garment!

Measure your child in underwear or a diaper. To determine where your child's waistline is,
tie a string around the child's waist and have them bend sideways, at the largest angle,
place string, then have child stand straight, making string parallel to the floor. Tie this
in place, you will need this location for other measurements.

1________ - Chest (Measure the fullest part of the chest with the tape measure under the
arms)
2________ - Waist (tie a string around the child's waist and have them bend sideways to
determine where their waistline is, then measure around the body over the string)
3________ - Hips (Measure fullest part, tape measure parallel to the floor)
4________ - Back Waist Length. (Tip head forward, locate the prominent bone at the base of
neck. Next, have child stand in normal posture, measure from this bone to the waistline.)
5. ________ - Arm Length (With elbow bent at about a 45 degree angle, measure from the top
of the arm to below the wrist bone, following around the angle of the arm)
6. ________ - Shoulder (Measure from the base of the neck where it joins the body to the
bone at the top of the shoulder)
7. ________ - Back Width. (Measure across the back, about 3 to 4 inches below the neck
base, across the widest point, parallel to the floor)
8. ________ - Front Waist Length (Measure from mid-shoulder seam to the waistline string)
9. ________ - Waist to Center Crotch Seam
10.________ - Total Dress Length (Measure from the center back neck to the desired hem
length)
11. ________ - Pant length (From the waist at the side of the body, measure down over the
hip to the desired hem length)
12. ________ - Height (stand child against a wall without shoes, measure height from top of
head to floor)
13. ________ - Shoulder Seam to Center Crotch (measure from one shoulder seam to center
crotch)
14. ________ - Girth (measure from one shoulder seam, through crotch, and back around to
same shoulder seam)
15. ________ - Inseam (crotch to desired pants length)
16. ________ - Waist to Mid Thigh (Measure from waistline to center of thigh)
17. ________ - Crop top length (Mid shoulder to where you would want crop top to end)
18. ________ - Neck Circumference (Measure around neck)
19. ________ - Biceps
20. ________ - Wrist
21. ________ - Ankle
22. ________ - Head
23. ________ - Shoe Size

IMPORTANT: If you wish growing room for your custom design, please specify this, as we will adjust the size accordingly upon request.




Ordering Policy:

A 50% deposit for orders over $200.00 is needed to begin work. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Plan your orders at least 2 weeks in advance. We will do our utmost to complete your order and have it arrive by the date needed. Please be as careful as possible taking your child's measurements. Gussy Gals Designs will look over these and if we see a discrepancy or have a question that may affect the finished product, we will contact you immediately for a re-measure. This will prevent any sizing problems and assure you that what you ordered is correctly fit to your child. Please allow extra time if you would like a fitting of the primary garment prior to finishing. Any alterations after garment is completed are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given for
work completed, however we will do our utmost to satisfy any issues. If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days of completion of garment, the item will be put up for sale on our Ready to Wear page and all deposits forfeited.
